Fabrics
All products are subject to availability. Fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order so I do not carry stock but I may on occasion have small quantities available, in this case you will be advised of the earliest delivery time.
Colour matching
I strive to ensure samples match the fabrics but as I print on 100% linen, minor variances in colour may occur, these however are not imperfections. The colour and scale of fabrics and wallpapers on the website are only a representation, therefore, ordering a sample before purchasing will ensure you are totally happy with your choice.
Prices
All prices listed are in pounds and include VAT. Prices do not include postage, packing or insurance. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment policies
You can order fabrics online, by telephone or email. Payment is accepted on most major credit or debit cards and PAYPAL, via the website's secure server.
Cleaning
All fabrics can be washed at 30 degrees but some shrinkage, colour running or fading may occur. Fabrics can be dry cleaned and is preferable.
Faulty goods
All faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Please check all fabrics on receipt. Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Rebecca Clancy English Textiles within 7 days of receipt and returned within 14 days. The cost of the return delivery will be covered by RCET.
Deliveries & third parties
All fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order and can take between 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. All delivery times are estimates only. RCET cannot be held liable for any delay of your order within the timescales. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their fabric or wallpaper is delivered to any third party i.e. upholsterer or curtain maker.
Delivery charges
Samples - delivery will be free on up to 9 wallpaper samples. Delivery will be free on up to 12 fabric samples. Samples above those quantities will incur a delivery charge of £6.
Cushion deliveries - Up to 2 cushions will incur a delivery charge of £6, for orders of 3 or more cushions delivery will be £15.
Fabric deliveries - up to 2 metres of fabric will incur a delivery charge of £6, (fabric will arrive folded). Fabric orders of 3 metres and above will incur a delivery charge of £15, (fabric will arrive on a roll).
Wallpaper deliveries - 1 roll of wallpaper will incur a delivery charge of £6 and orders over 1 roll will incur a delivery charge of £15 for postage, and packing. This may be subject to change, depending on the weight of the package. You will receive an email with the tracking reference for your order.
If purchased from outside the UK, the buyer will be responsible for compliance with custom requirements, tax and local laws.
European deliveries will incur a delivery charge of £50 and United States of America will incur a delivery charge of £90. For countries outside of the designated countries I deliver to, please contact me and I will be able to advise a delivery charge based on the weight and size of the item.
Refund/cancellation policy
It is the customer's responsibility to check that they have received the correct design and colour before handing it to any third party i.e. curtain maker, upholsterer. Once cut or handed to a third party Rebecca Clancy English Textiles Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. As RCET print to order, it is not possible to cancel an order, therefore I strongly advise you to obtain a sample before placing an order. Any delay of part of an order against an estimated delivery date does not entitle the customer to cancel the order. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For return items lost or damaged, RCET cannot be held responsible. Fabrics are printed to order so I will be unable to accept returned fabrics if they have been cut from the roll on which they were sent. Fabrics need to be returned in their unused condition and in original packaging.
